Success! After three unforgettable years, BlueSkies for Children
officially completed its first-ever capital campaign.
BlueSkies raised a total of $1,580,298 to…
- construct a new adult education classroom and school kitchen;
- renovate and expand the nursery school classrooms, outdoor
covered porches, play yards, and front entrance;
- create accessible paths throughout the campus for people
of all physical abilities; and
- increase the scholarship endowment.
Your gifts allowed us to fully fund construction costs and
build the Anne and Richard Copenhagen Scholarship Endowment.
Most importantly, we built the sustainability of BlueSkies,
so that we may serve young children, families, teachers and
the community for generations to come.
These accomplishments were the culmination of 25 years of
innovation by BlueSkies in the field of Early Care and Education.
